The 1964–65 Austrian Cup was the 31st season of Austria's nationwide football cup competition. The final was played over two legs, on 24 June 1965 at the Stadion Wiener Neustadt, Wiener Neustadt and on 26 June 1965 at the LASK-Platz, Linz.
