The 2020 North Texas Mean Green football team represented the University of North Texas as a member of Conference USA (C-USA) during the 2020 NCAA Division I FBS football season. Led by fifth-year head coach Seth Littrell, the Mean Green compiled an overall record of 4–6 with a mark 3–4 in conference play, placing in a three-way tie for fourth in C-USA's West Division.
