This was the last edition of the Coppa Italia to use extra time in rounds prior to the semi-finals. Beginning with
the 2024–25 edition, matches drawn after 90 minutes in rounds prior to the semi-finals will proceed immediately to a
penalty shoot-out. Teams entered the competition at various stages, as follows: •
