On 12 May, Palace announced a pre-season stateside tour to Chicago and Detroit to face Millonarios and Sevilla respectively. A week later, a first UK based pre-season fixture was confirmed with a trip to Crawley Town. On 6 June, a fourth pre-season fixture was announced, against Barnet.
