2020 census, the borough had a population of 3,420, yielding a population density of 0.49 people per square mile. The median age was 40.8 years, 8.8% of residents were under the age of 18, and 6.9% were 65 years of age or older. About 26.1% of all households were made up of individuals, 9.7% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older, and the average household size was 2.61 people.

The average household size was 2.69 and the average family size was 3.30. The age distribution was 16.80% under the age of 18, 10.20% from 18 to 24, 42.30% from 25 to 44, 28.10% from 45 to 64, and 2.60% 65 or older. The median age was 37 years.
