Career
In 2018 he achieved one of his best results in the ATP World Tour thus far, reaching the quarterfinal in Marrakech with an upset over top seed Albert Ramos Viñolas. In 2023, after five years, he again qualified for the main draw in Marrakech this time as a lucky loser replacing Juan Pablo Varillas who withdrew in the last minute. He lost to Benjamin Bonzi.
