Alvina Gyulumyan

Alvina Gyulumyan was born on 20 January 1956 in Azerbaijan. In 1978 Alvina Gyulumyan graduated from the Law Faculty of Yerevan State University. In 1998 she was awarded The High Judicial Qualification of a Judge, granted by a Decree of the President of Armenia. In 1997 Alvina Gyulumyan got a Certificate from the Training Program at the International Law Institute, Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. == Professional activities ==
