Antero Juhani Lehto is a Finnish basketball player. 185 cm tall point guard Lehto plays for Tampereen Pyrintö in Korisliiga. Alongside Finnish competitions, Lehto has represented Pyrintö in EuroChallenge and Baltic Basketball League.
