Bank of England Act 1709

The Bank of England Act 1709 was an act of the Parliament of Great Britain. It was one of the Bank of England Acts 1694 to 1892.

Subsequent developments
The whole act, except sections 131 and 132, were repealed by section 1 of, and the schedule to, the Statute Law Revision Act 1867 (30 & 31 Vict. c. 59), which came into force on 15 July 1867. The whole act was repealed by section 3(4) of, and schedule 3 to, the Bank of England Act 1946 (9 & 10 Geo. 6. c. 27), which came into force on 1 March 1946. == Notes ==
