Belleair Bluffs is a city in Pinellas County, Florida, United States. It is part of the Tampa–St. Petersburg–Clearwater Metropolitan Statistical Area, more commonly known as the Tampa Bay Area. The City of Belleair Bluffs was officially incorporated as a municipality. The population was 2,311 at the 2020 census.

Racial and ethnic composition 2020 census As of the 2020 census, Belleair Bluffs had a population of 2,311. The median age was 57.7 years. 12.0% of residents were under the age of 18, and 34.9% of residents were 65 years of age or older. For every 100 females there were 89.0 males, and for every 100 females age 18 and over there were 87.2 males age 18 and over. 100.0% of residents lived in urban areas, while 0.0% lived in rural areas. There were 1,255 households in Belleair Bluffs, of which 16.6% had children under the age of 18 living in them. Of all households, 35.3% were married-couple households, 21.9% were households with a male householder and no spouse or partner present, and 35.7% were households with a female householder and no spouse or partner present. About 43.4% of all households were made up of individuals and 23.2% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. 2010 census As of the 2010 United States census, there were 2,031 people, 1,185 households, and 557 families residing in the city. 2000 census As of the 2000 United States census, there were 2,243 people in 1,327 households, including 609 families, in the city.
