Bellefontaine Municipal Airport was a public-use, general aviation airport north of Bellefontaine, OH. It opened about 1967 and was replaced by Bellefontaine Regional Airport in 2002.
History
The first flight at the airport's eventual location flew on August 1, 1912. The Bellefontaine Air Squadron No. 2 used the airport for many years. The airport was closed in 2022 and replaced by the Bellefontaine Regional Airport. ==References==
