2020 census As of the
2020 census, Bellview had a population of 25,541. The median age was 39.3 years. 22.0% of residents were under the age of 18 and 17.4% of residents were 65 years of age or older. For every 100 females there were 91.0 males, and for every 100 females age 18 and over there were 87.7 males age 18 and over. There were 10,380 households in Bellview, of which 28.9% had children under the age of 18 living in them. Of all households, 40.9% were married-couple households, 18.7% were households with a male householder and no spouse or partner present, and 32.6% were households with a female householder and no spouse or partner present. The average household size was 2.61 and the average family size was 3.02. In the CDP, the population was spread out, with 26.5% under the age of 18, 8.8% from 18 to 24, 29.1% from 25 to 44, 25.2% from 45 to 64, and 10.4% who were 65 years of age or older.
