Qualification rules
A maximum of 170 quota spots are available to athletes to compete at the games. A maximum 114 men and 56 women may qualify. Qualification will be based primarily on the combined ranking list of the 2025/2026 season until the deadline of 18 January 2026. Pilots must compete in eight different races on three different tracks between 1 October 2024 and 18 January 2026, and must be ranked in at least five of those races.
