Caesars Head is an unincorporated community and census-designated place (CDP) on top of Caesars Head, a mountain in Greenville County, South Carolina, United States. It was first listed as a CDP in the 2020 census with a population of 84.

According to the Köppen Climate Classification system, Caesar's Head has a humid subtropical climate, abbreviated "Cfa" on climate maps. The hottest temperature recorded in Caesar's Head was on July 29, 1952 and August 21, 1983, while the coldest temperature recorded was on January 21, 1985, which is the coldest temperature ever recorded in South Carolina. == References ==
