Cavco Industries, Inc. is an American company that manufactures modular homes, Recreational vehicle (RVs), vacation cabins, and manufactured homes. It is one of the largest producers of modular homes in United States based on the number of home shipments. The company operates through a network of manufacturing facilities and retail locations across the United States. Cavco is Headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona.

History

Cavco Industries was founded in 1965 in the United States as a manufacturer of factory-built housing. Over the years, the company has grown its reach and operations by acquiring a number of companies, namely, Fleetwood Enterprises in 2009 and Palm Harbor Homes in 2011. In subsequent years, Cavco continued its growth by acquiring more manufactured-housing brands and related businesses. Some acquisitions include Commodore Corporation (2021) and American Homestar (Oak Creek Homes, 2025). In March 2025, Cavco announced plans to unify all of subsidiaries under the brand Cavco. The rebranding took effect in April of the same year. Under the unification, more than 30 different manufacturers came under the Cavco brand. ==Operations==

Operations

Cavco designs and manufactures factory-built manufactured homes, modular homes, park model RVs, vacation cabins and commercial structures. Homes are distributed through independent retailers and the company's own stores as well as residential developers.
