married couples living together, 2.5% had a female householder with no husband present, and 25.4% were non-families. 19.5% of all households were made up of individuals, and 5.9% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.47 and the average family size was 2.80. 22.8% of the population were under the age of 18, 4.1% from 18 to 24, 23.5% from 25 to 44, 38.1% from 45 to 64, and 11.6% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 44 years. For every 100 females, there were 111.5 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 102.7 males. The
median household income was $40,179 and the median family income was $44,688. Males had a median income of $32,750 compared with $21,111 for females. The
per capita income for the town was $18,090. About 5.4% of families and 3.7% of the population were below the
