Colonial Trade Act 1763 (

Customs, etc. Act 1765 (
5 Geo. 3. c. 29) "which gave liberty to export rice from
North Carolina, in the same manner, and under the like duties, securities, restrictions, regulations, limitations, duties, penalties, and forfeitures, as the
Colonial Trade Act 1763 (
4 Geo. 3. c. 27) with respect to carrying rice to
South Carolina and
Georgia from the expiration of those enactments to the end of the next session of parliament after 24 June 1781. Section 3 of the act continued the
Exportation (No. 3) Act 1770 (
10 Geo. 3. c. 31), as amended by the
Exportation (No. 2) Act 1771 (
