Corneodermatosseous syndrome is an autosomal dominant condition with onset in infancy, characterized by corneal dystrophy, photophobia, diffuse palmoplantar keratoderma, distal onycholysis, skeletal abnormalities, brachydactyly, short stature, and medullary narrowing of digits.
