The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina is the highest ordinary court of Bosnia and Herzegovina. It was established on 3 July 2002 by the Parliament of Bosnia and Herzegovina with the Law on the Court of BiH, promulgated on 12 November 2000 by the High Representative for Bosnia and Herzegovina. The Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina ruled out attempts by the Republika Srpska Government to remove the Court's jurisdiction in Republika Srpska, one of the two entities of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
