Notes Culprit Guilt of the main defendant or group of defendants: • for cases that have been judged, according to the latest verdict: CC (Guilt Confirmed) : The accused was found guilty even though their lawyer (or, failing that, the accused themselves) had not argued for acquittal. CD (Guilt Declared) : The accused was found guilty even though their lawyer (or, failing that, the accused themselves) had argued for acquittal. ID (Innocence Declared) : The accused was acquitted, but no irrefutable proof of their innocence had been submitted to the case file.
