Cruz Silva is an Indian civil engineer and politician who serves as a member of the Goa Legislative Assembly, representing the Velim Assembly constituency since 2022. He is a member of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP). Silva was elected as an MLA in the 2022 Goa Legislative Assembly election.
