David O. Shullman

Shullman received a BA in government from Georgetown University (2000), a MA in law and diplomacy with a focus on international relations and national security studies from the Fletcher School (2004), and a PhD in political science from UCLA (2011). He also holds a certificate in Mandarin Chinese from Beijing Normal University. == Career ==

From 2001 to 2002 Shullman worked for Weber Shandwick as a public affairs associate. In 2007 he joined the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) as a senior analyst. In 2016 he was appointed Deputy National Intelligence Officer for East Asia at the National Intelligence Council (NIC) in the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI). == Publications ==
