George David Shaw is a former professional footballer, who played for Huddersfield Town, Oldham Athletic and West Bromwich Albion. He was the grandson of David Steele, triple championship winner and later manager of Huddersfield Town, so it was hardly surprising that David Shaw should begin his career with his home town club.
