Culp became a
tight end and
redshirted as a true
freshman at Washington in 2018. He appeared in 14 of the team's 17 games in the 2019 and 2020 seasons but saw limited playing time, only making a single
reception. In 2022, he recorded 29 receptions for 266 yards and a touchdown. He returned for a final season in 2023 and caught 16 passes for 208 yards and two scores, named honorable mention
