2020 census, Dinuba had a population of 24,563 and a population density of . The median age was 29.7 years. For every 100 females, there were 98.3 males, and for every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 95.8 males. 98.7% of residents lived in urban areas, while 1.3% lived in rural areas. The age distribution was 32.6% under the age of 18, 10.6% aged 18 to 24, 27.4% aged 25 to 44, 19.5% aged 45 to 64, and 9.9% aged 65 or older. The census reported that 99.4% of the population lived in households, 0.3% lived in non-institutionalized group quarters, and 0.3% were institutionalized. There were 6,886 housing units at an average density of . Of these, 96.9% were occupied, 56.3% were owner-occupied, and 43.7% were renter-occupied. 3.1% of housing units were vacant; the homeowner vacancy rate was 1.1% and the rental vacancy rate was 2.4%. opposite-sex married couples living together, 1,077 (19.3%) had a female householder with no husband present, 481 (8.6%) had a male householder with no wife present. There were 544 (9.7%)
unmarried opposite-sex partnerships, and 37 (0.7%)
