Dmitry Stepanovich Polyansky was a Soviet bureaucrat who was First Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Soviet Union from 1965 to 1973. From 1960 to 1976 he was a full member of the Presidium / Politburo of the Central Committee of the CPSU.
