Edgar Bright Wilson (1874–1953) was an American lawyer and politician. He served as the Speaker of the Tennessee House of Representatives from 1901 to 1903.

Early life
Edgar Brighton Wilson was born in Chapel Hill, Tennessee on July 27, 1874. His father, James A. Wilson, was a veteran of the Confederate States Army during the American Civil War. His mother was Mary Graves. His paternal uncle, Samuel Franklin Wilson, was a Confederate veteran and a judge. Wilson was educated at the Chapel Hill Academy. He graduated from Cumberland University in 1893. He studied the law under his uncle, and he was admitted to the bar in 1894. ==Career==

Wilson practiced the law in Gallatin, Tennessee from 1894 to 1901. Wilson resigned from the New York State Bar on December 30, 1929. ==Personal life and death==
