Ekhtiyariyeh is a neighborhood in the district of Shemiran in northern Tehran, Iran.
History
The whole of Ekhtiyariyeh once belonged to an aristocrat named Saheb Ekhtiyar, and his land was called Ekhtiyarieh, which could be translated as Land belonging to Ekhtiyar. ==See also==
