Felipe Rudecindo Letelier Norambuena is a Chilean politician who served as deputy from 1994 to 2006, and from 2018 to 2014.

Family and early life
Letelier was born in Parral on 11 May 1956. He is the son of María Teresa Norambuena Villagra. He is married to Gladys del Carmen Rivera Reyes, with whom he has two children. He completed his primary education in Parral. He pursued higher studies in Mexico at the National School of Agriculture of Chapingo and at the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM), where he qualified as an agricultural technician. After graduating, he worked in his profession and later focused on economic and social sciences, providing technical advisory services to various organizations. == Political career ==
Political career
In political matters, he served as a representative to the Socialist International, chaired by former German Chancellor Willy Brandt, and later as Latin American general representative of the World Bureau. He was also appointed member of the Political Commission of the Party for Democracy (PPD). During the government of President Patricio Aylwin, he served on the Commission on Environment and Public Security. In the parliamentary elections of December 2005 and December 2009, he ran as a candidate for deputy for District No. 42 but was not elected. In the 2012 municipal elections, he ran for mayor of the commune of San Carlos, in Ñuble Province without being elected. ==References==
