Ethel Soliven Timbol was a Filipina journalist and lifestyle editor of the Manila Bulletin, published in the Philippines. She was the ninth child of Congressman Benito Soliven and Pelagia Villaflor Soliven. She was the youngest sister of journalist Maximo V. Soliven.
