Evelyn M. Lobley

Evelyn M. Lobley (1902–1977) was a bryologist and botanical collector in northern England. She was president of the British Bryological Society 1960–1961.

Legacy
A collection of 4,500 of Lobley's moss specimens along with some books and manuscripts is held in the herbarium at the Great North Museum: Hancock in Newcastle upon Tyne. Her manuscript draft of a bryological flora of Roxburgh is at the Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh. ==References==
