fjmt is the only Australian firm to have won the
World Building of the Year Award (once in 2013 for
Auckland Art Gallery Toi o Tamaki and again in 2024 for the
Darlington Public School in Sydney). It is also the only firm to have concurrently won the Greenway Award for Conservation and the
Sir John Sulman Award for Outstanding Public Architecture (2005 for the
Sydney Mint redevelopment).
