Francisco Manuel Barroso, Baron of Amazonas

Francisco Manuel Barroso da Silva, Baron of Amazonas was a Portuguese-born Brazilian admiral. He was the commander who led the Imperial Navy to victory in the Battle of Riachuelo during the Paraguayan War.
