Anselevicius naturalized as a citizen of the United States in 1954, and married
Evelyn Hill in May of that year. Evelyn Anselevicius died in 2003. in 2008, George Anselevicius fell at home in
Albuquerque, New Mexico, and sought treatment at the
University of New Mexico Hospital, where he died on October 2, 2008. His loss was deeply mourned by the New Mexico architecture community, and by former colleagues and associates worldwide. ==References==
