Vinuesa switched from
basketball to rugby, and started her rugby career at Rugby Cisneros in
Madrid. She made her international debut for in 2018 and was part of the side that won the
European Championship that year. In 2019, she underwent a left hip
arthroscopy. Vinuesa also featured in the side that won the
2020 Rugby Europe Women's Championship. She also featured for Spain at the
2024 European Championship. Vinuesa was named in Spain's squad for the
2025 Women's Rugby World Cup in
