2020 census As of the
2020 census, Greentown had a population of 3,382. The median age was 40.2 years. 24.7% of residents were under the age of 18 and 15.4% of residents were 65 years of age or older. For every 100 females there were 101.2 males, and for every 100 females age 18 and over there were 102.6 males age 18 and over. 100.0% of residents lived in urban areas, while 0.0% lived in rural areas. There were 1,217 households in Greentown, of which 32.8% had children under the age of 18 living in them. Of all households, 67.5% were married-couple households, 12.1% were households with a male householder and no spouse or partner present, and 15.7% were households with a female householder and no spouse or partner present. About 16.5% of all households were made up of individuals and 6.8% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. There were 1,261 housing units, of which 3.5% were vacant. The homeowner vacancy rate was 0.1% and the rental vacancy rate was 10.1%.

married couples living together, 7.6% had a female householder with no husband present, and 19.2% were non-families. 16.0% of all households were made up of individuals, and 5.1% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.81 and the average family size was 3.15. In the CDP the population was spread out, with 30.1% under the age of 19, 4.5% from 19 to 24, 25.4% from 25 to 44, 30.6% from 45 to 64, and 9.4% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 39.1 years. For every 100 females there were 98.7 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 98.1 males.
Income and poverty The median income for a household in the CDP was $84,944, and the median income for a family was $101,414. Males had a median income of $63,307 versus $46,558 for females. The
