Ḥayyim Vidal Shabbethai ben Shabbethai Angel was a rabbi and preacher in Salonika in the 18th century, under the Ottoman Empire. He wrote Sippur ha-Ḥayyim, containing several funeral orations and miscellaneous homilies on the Pentateuch.
