Howard Dyer Jr. was an American lawyer and politician. He was a member of the Mississippi State Senate from 1976 to 1986 and a member of the Mississippi House of Representatives from 1940 to 1944.

Howard Dyer Jr. was born on October 4, 1915, in Greenville, Mississippi. He graduated from Davidson College and the University of Mississippi School of Law. While still a member of the Senate, he died on December 22, 1986, in his home in Greenville, Mississippi. == References ==
