The Pax Silica Declaration was signed by nine countries—Australia, Greece, Israel, Japan, Qatar, Republic of Korea, Singapore, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom and Sweden in mars of 2026—with additional participation from Canada, the European Union, Netherlands, OECD, and Taiwan as non-signatory participants.
