In December 2019, Fraser-McGurk was named in Australia's squad for the
2020 Under-19 Cricket World Cup. However, he had to leave the tournament early, after being scratched by a monkey during a team trip to a nature reserve. In May 2024, he was named as a reserve player in Australia’s squad for the
2024 ICC Men's T20 World Cup tournament. On 15 July 2024, Fraser-McGurk was included in the Australia squad for a white-ball tour of England and Scotland to be held in September that year. On 4 September 2024, Fraser-McGurk made his
T20I debut for Australia
against Scotland. He scored 0 on his debut, becoming the first top 6 batter for Australia to be dismissed for a duck on T20I debut. The same month, he scored his maiden international half-century
