James William Kelly Jr. is an American former professional football tight end who played one season with the Chicago Bears of the National Football League. He played college football at Tennessee State University.

Kelly signed with the Chicago Bears in March 1974 after going undrafted in the 1974 NFL draft. He played in all 14 games (no starts) for the Bears during the 1974 season, catching eight passes for 100 yards. The Bears finished the year with a 4–10 record.
