As the Championship has increased to 9 teams from 8 a new format will be used for 2025. The 9 teams were drawn into three groups of three teams with each team playing the other two teams, one at home and one away. The two group winners with the best records will advance to the semi-finals while the other group winner and all three runners-up will advance to the quarter-finals. As the Championship will see an increase in the number of teams again for 2026, there was no relegation to the
