2018–present: Career beginnings and rising popularity Tian made her television debut in 2018 in a leading role in iQIYI's youth drama Waiting for You in the Long Time. In 2019, she appeared in the romance drama My True Friend, portraying a newcomer to the real estate industry. She subsequently appeared in Tencent Video's 2020 historical romance series The Song of Glory and Lovely Us. In 2021, she starred in Youku's romance drama My Fated Boy.
