Lilia Fisikovici is a Moldovan long-distance runner who specialises in the half marathon and the marathon, and is currently the holder of the Moldovan national record for both events. She competed in the women's marathon event at the 2016 Summer Olympics. She qualified to represent Moldova again at the 2020 Summer Olympics.
