1990 U.S. census. The Census reported that 100% of the population lived in households. In addition, 100.0% of residents lived in urban areas and 0.0% lived in rural areas. There were 1,168 households, of which 38.3% had children under the age of 18. Of all households, 76.0% were married-couple households, 2.4% were
cohabiting couple households, 12.3% had a female householder with no spouse or partner present, and 9.2% had a male householder with no spouse or partner present. About 12.6% of households were made up of individuals, and 7.4% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.99, and there were 987 families (84.5% of all households).

opposite-sex married couples living together, 52 (4.5%) had a female householder with no husband present, 27 (2.3%) had a male householder with no wife present. There were 30 (2.6%)
unmarried opposite-sex partnerships, and 15 (1.3%)
same-sex married couples or partnerships. 160 households (13.8%) were made up of individuals, and 95 (8.2%) had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.80. There were 956
families (82.2% of all households); the average family size was 3.06.
