Halwara International Airport also known as Ludhiana International Airport is an international airport sitiated in the town of Halwara in Ludhiana, Punjab, India, on the former site of the Halwara Air Force Station.
Current status
The airport was inaugurated on 1st February 2026 by PM Narendra Modi. The airport is now operational. Air India has announced two flights from Indra Gandhi International Airport, Delhi to Ludhiana starting from 15th May, 2026. The Bookings have started for the flights from 1st April 2026.
