Racial and ethnic composition 2020 census As of the
2020 census, Mangonia Park had a population of 2,142. The median age was 30.8 years. 33.3% of residents were under age 18 and 9.0% were age 65 or older. For every 100 females, there were 81.2 males, and for every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 71.2 males. 100.0% of residents lived in urban areas, while 0.0% lived in rural areas. There were 693 households in Mangonia Park, of which 51.4% had children under the age of 18 living in them. Of all households, 26.3% were married-couple households, 16.2% were households with a male householder and no spouse or partner present, and 50.4% were households with a female householder and no spouse or partner present. About 18.5% of all households were made up of individuals and 4.1% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. According to 2010 American Community Survey estimates, there were 571 households and 369 families residing in the town.
