Minuscule 262, ε 1020 (Soden), is a Greek minuscule manuscript of the New Testament, on parchment. Palaeographically it has been assigned to the 10th century. It has marginalia.
Description
The codex contains the text of the four Gospels on 212 parchment leaves (). The text is written in two columns per page, in 27 lines. It has the famous Jerusalem Colophon ("from the ancient manuscripts of Jerusalem"). == Text ==
According to Gregory it could have been written in Italy. In 1735 it was brought from Constantinople to Europe. It was examined and described by Paulin Martin. C. R. Gregory saw the manuscript in 1884. The manuscript is currently housed at the Bibliothèque nationale de France (Gr. 53) at Paris. == See also ==
