Pak Thae-song was born on 14 September 1955. After serving as a member of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, he became a candidate member of the party's politburo. In August 2012, he became
vice chairman of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea. In May 2014, he became the responsible secretary of the party committee in
South Pyongan Province. In May 2016, after serving as a member of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, he became a candidate member of the Party's Politburo. Pak became the
Chairman of the Supreme People's Assembly in April 2019. He became the Chairman of the National Emergency Space Science and Technology Committee in March 2023. On 22 March 2026, he was re-elected as premier and vice president of the State Affairs Commission. == References ==
