2025–26 DEL season

The teams played a double round-robin for 52 games each. After the regular season, places one to six were qualified for the playoffs while place seven to ten played in the pre-playoffs. The playoffs were played in a best of seven mode. The last team from the regular season was relegated to DEL2. ==Teams==
